The Role The Registered Manager will take full operational responsibility for ensuring that high standards of care are consistently delivered, compliance is maintained, and the business continues to grow sustainably. This includes leading the care team, ensuring regulatory requirements are met, and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, families, and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations across all areas of care delivery Ensure CQC compliance and continue to build on the organisation’s strong ratings Lead, inspire, and manage care staff to maintain a culture of excellence Conduct audits, assessments, and training in line with quality assurance protocols Drive service development and operational improvements Ensure recruitment, training, and staff performance meet required standards Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and external stakeholders Essential Requirements: NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Leadership & Management) Train the Trainer qualification Minimum of 4 years in a care management role Proven experience in domiciliary care or supported living A clear understanding of CQC requirements, with a history of maintaining Good or Outstanding ratings Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities The Ideal Candidate: This role suits someone who is passionate about care, values high standards, and thrives in a dynamic and people-focused environment.
