The role
As a Conveyancing Solicitor in South Lanarkshire, you will manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases and related property matters from instruction through to completion.
You will liaise with clients, draft and review legal documentation and ensure transactions progress smoothly while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. There may also be the opportunity to assist with commercial conveyancing work depending on your experience.
About you
This role would suit a Conveyancing Solicitor who:
* Has experience in residential conveyancing and property law
* Can manage their own conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
* Communicates effectively and builds positive client relationships
* Is organised and able to manage deadlines efficiently
* Works well independently and within a team
