Spirehouse are partnered with a leading Top 100 UK law firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Dispute Resolution Partner to join its expanding team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior litigator to take a strategic role within a progressive, collaborative and well-established practice.
The Role
You’ll lead a respected Commercial Litigation team handling a broad range of high‑value disputes, including:
* Contractual and shareholder disputes
* Director/partnership matters
* Professional negligence
* Property and commercial disputes
Alongside managing your own caseload, you’ll play a key part in shaping the department’s growth, mentoring junior lawyers and driving business development initiatives.
What They're Looking For
* Experienced Partner with a minimum 8 years PQE in England and Wales
* Strong technical expertise across commercial dispute resolution
* Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
* Leadership capability with a collaborative approach
* Commercially aware, confident, and personable
