Chef de Partie – Live-in Seasonal Role (Isles of Scilly)
Our client, an award-winning hotel group, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team for the 2026 season.
Located on St Mary’s in the Isles of Scilly (just 26 miles off the Cornwall mainland), this stunning hotel offers unrivalled views across Tresco, Bryher, Samson, and St Martin’s. This is a unique opportunity to live and work in one of the UK’s most picturesque island locations.
What’s on offer:
1. £14.75 per hour
2. 40–45 hours per week
3. Live-in accommodation provided
4. £500 end-of-season bonus (subject to full contract completion)
5. Share of gratuities
6. £60 uniform allowance (paid in first month)
7. Travel from Land’s End covered (return arranged via ferry at your own cost)

The Role:
You will work as part of a professional kitchen team, supporting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality dishes and smooth daily service.
Key responsibilities include:
8. Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard
9. Supporting daily kitchen operations
10. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
11. Assisting with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction
12. Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen staff where required

13. Has proven experience at Chef de Partie level
