Job Description
The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic advisory team focused primarily on lead advisory mandates. The role offers significant exposure to the full deal lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on managing transactions rather than executing detailed due diligence, which is outsourced to specialist providers.You will play a key role in supporting and delivering M&A transactions, working closely with senior stakeholders and clients.Key Responsibilities
3. Supporting the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
4. Preparing high-quality marketing materials, including Information Memoranda and presentations
5. Conducting financial analysis, valuation work, and modelling
6. Assisting in managing deal processes from origination through to completion
7. Coordinating with external providers on financial and commercial due diligence
8. Liaising with clients, investors, and other professional advisers
9. Undertaking market research and identifying potential buyers or targets
The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Finance Executive should have:
10. ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) or nearing completion
11. Experience in corporate finance, transaction services, or deal advisory
12. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
14. Commercially minded with a keen interest in M&A
15. Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
16. Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
