This is a pivotal "player-coach" role, requiring a sophisticated balance of high-level people management and hands-on operational oversight.
This is a 1 Year FTC!
Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the successful candidate will lead a multicultural team in a high-compliance environment. The role is structured across three core areas:
* Strategic Leadership: Cultivating a high-performance culture through KPIs, structured coaching (1-to-1s), and continuous process improvement.
* Operational Integrity: Ensuring strict adherence to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and internal SOPs, including the second-check verification of controlled drugs orders.
* Account Management: Maintaining senior-level relationships with global accounts, managing the end-to-end sales order process, and coordinating complex international logistics.
Experience
We are looking for a disciplined professional who remains composed under the pressures of a global supply chain. Minimum requirements include:
* Industry Expertise: At least 3 years of leadership experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector (export experience is highly advantageous).
* Regulatory Knowledge: A firm understanding of wholesale distribution and GDP requirements.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with ERP/Order Management systems and Microsoft Office.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to navigate diverse cultural business practices.
* Problem Solving: A solution-focused mindset capable of resolving IT, logistics, or compliance escalations autonomously.
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to join a dynamic, multicultural organization that sits at the intersection of global health and logistics. It is an ideal environment for a leader who values accuracy, operational efficiency, and the professional development of their team.
