2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer
This is a great opportunity to join an expanding business growing rapidly within the MSP space. The immediate role will be to support the internal support desk with 2nd line tickets, investigating escalated tickets from the 1st line team and supporting various clients from different verticals.
The candidate should have excellent knowledge, phone manner and broad understanding of all technical areas run within a general MSP environment. The candidate will be expected to work from our Yateley office helping support the 1st line team with escalations. As part of the 2nd line team, you will be responsible for managing your tickets, resolving tickets and escalating tickets to the 3rd line team as necessary. Your role will be based in the Yateley office. There will ,on occasion be the requirement to visit customer sites for ad hoc issues or proactive visits
Key knowledge requirements;
1. Minimum 3 years' experience within an IT support environment, MSP would be advantageous

16. Routing, ISP Internet and cable technology
Microsoft qualifications preferred but not essential as long as the experience & knowledge is correct.
