The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the Club.
The Role
1. Ensuring the team and colleagues adhere to the highest Health & Safety Standards, Brand Standards, and Cleanliness in line with brand expectations.
2. Collaborating with the H&S Advisor and the General Manager to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
3. Proactively seeking operational improvements to ensure compliance, cleanliness, brand standards, and safety levels are maintained or enhanced.
4. Supervising and scheduling team activities, controlling Full-Time Equivalent and payroll costs within budget.
5. Championing growth and development of yourself and your team by setting clear objectives, expectations, and monitoring performance throughout the year. Addressing underperformance and nurturing potential promptly.
6. Fulfilling Duty Shifts when required, taking responsibility and accountability during shifts, managing staffing and facility issues across the club.
Experience
* Experience in operations management or a related field.
