Salary: £28,000
Hours: 9am-5pm

A local practice in Romford is seeking a diligent Conveyancing Paralegal to join their friendly team and assist the Solicitor with their busy caseload.
Duties
* Managing a caseload of files, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
* Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.
* Conducting legal research and analysis.
* Reviewing title documentation and source of funds.
* Taking instructions from clients.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in transactions.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Experience
* Absolute minimum of 1 years+ experience of conveyancing
* Ability to manage own caseload
* Law Degree desirable
* Knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
* Time management skills
