Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our growing client in Stirling.
What's on offer?
* Full-time permanent position
* Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
* Annual salary of 30,000 per year
Working as a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Manage end-to-end UK payroll processing with full confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance, including all payments, deductions, electronic salaries, payslips, and CIS returns
* Liaise with HMRC, handle payroll enquiries, and provide prompt, professional support to colleagues and stakeholders
* Collaborate with HR, Finance, and overseas teams to ensure accurate data, reporting, reconciliations, and smooth month-end processes
* Drive continuous improvement by contributing to payroll projects and enhancing operational efficiency
To be successful within this Payroll Administrator role, you'll have at least one year's proven experience within a payroll setting. Combined with the following skills, traits and experience:
* Previous experience using payroll processing software
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
