Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
Audits
* Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behaviour
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
* Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation
Requirements
* Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
* Experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting
* Strong medication administration skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
