An award-winning global law firm is seeking a Client Development Manager to work within the Global Business Development Team, contributing to the development and pursuit of clients within core sectors. This role reports to the Head of Clients Insurance, with travel to the London office as required.
Responsibilities:
* Execute tactics aligned with client development plans and regional analytics to identify and track leads.
* Lead strategic pitch and panel opportunities, ensuring review completion.
* Conduct pipeline review meetings with client teams to understand opportunities and support needs.
* Demonstrate extensive knowledge of assigned client accounts to senior firm leadership.
* Coordinate client teams and cross-practice groups to support development initiatives.
* Inform the Head of Clients about ongoing work and opportunities, and advise on barriers to delivery.
* Lead the annual budget process for assigned clients to ensure appropriate expenditure and return on investment.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in a legal or professional services environment.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and assimilate information quickly.
* Ability to drive initiatives and motivate resources.
