We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Lecturer in Business to join our team on a permanent basis. There are four positions available, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities.
Due to the nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who can teach using diverse methods and adapt to the needs of particular student groups.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of this role, you will deliver specific programmes in line with the college's aims and objectives for this area's curriculum plan. You will work closely with management, colleagues, and students to ensure success for both college and students. Your confidence and excellent communication skills will also ensure a great partnership with our stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
To be considered for this role, you should have proven experience in teaching Business and/or Finance at Level 3 or above. It is also essential to hold a recognised teaching qualification (L5 or above).
Teaching Qualifications & Salary Banding
To be eligible for our Qualified Lecturer salary banding (£30,583 - £46,263), you must hold one of the following qualifications:
* DTTLS (Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector)
* Certificate in Education
* PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education)
* DET (Diploma in Education and Training)
* DiT (Diploma in Teaching) - for vocational subjects
