is seeking experienced
Maintenance Technicians
to support the production of prestige motor vehicles. The role begins on a
contract basis
, with the potential to progress to a
permanent position after a minimum of 6 months
.
The Role
Duties
As a
Maintenance Technician
, you will provide essential
engineering maintenance support
to maximise uptime and efficiency across advanced
manufacturing systems
, including
robotics
,
welding
,
conveyors
, and
tooling
. Key duties include:
* Preventive and corrective maintenance on plant and equipment
* Rapid fault diagnosis and root cause analysis
* Supporting continuous improvement, Kaizen, 5S and lean activities
* Maintaining compliance with PUWER and safety standards
* Delivering technical expertise to problem-solving initiatives
What We're Looking For
* Time-served apprenticeship with NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering Maintenance
* Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance background
* Proven experience in fault-finding, repair, and preventive maintenance
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
* Proactive, flexible and able to work rotating shifts
Desirable experience:
Robotics (ABB)

PLCs (Allen-Bradley)

CMMS platforms
, and
lean methodologies
(TPM, Kaizen, PPS).
