Hays is working with a dynamic and growing company dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. They are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Services Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis, with the potential to become a permanent member.
Your new role
As a Customer Services Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Customer Support: Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
* Order Processing: Managing and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
* Data Entry: Maintaining and updating customer records in our database, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
* Documentation: Preparing and managing documentation related to customer interactions and transactions.
* Feedback: Collecting and reporting customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
* Administrative Support: Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer service software (e.g., CRM systems).
* Ability to handle customer complaints and issues with a positive and professional attitude.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
