Position Overview
As a Team Member (Compliance), you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and managing test equipment to ensure safety and operational standards.
Responsibilities
1. Inspection, calibration, and PAT testing of instruments.
2. Inspection and repair of test prods, earthing devices, and ancillary equipment.
3. Inspection and repair of cable spikers, ladders, and HV earths.
4. Inspection of live line equipment.
5. Assist external insurance inspectors with biannual inspections of SPEN equipment.
6. Maintain electronic records and assist in depot inspections across Energy Networks North.
Qualifications
* Technical and operational experience in a relevant engineering role.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
* Understanding of network development policies and procedures.
* Proficiency with network and business data management systems.
* Electrical qualification such as City & Guilds II or equivalent.
* Current valid UK driving license.
* Good hand tool skills and computer literacy.
* Effective communication skills and problem-solving ability.
