Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Care Assistant to join our team in Retford and Gainsborough, United Kingdom. Your role will involve enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personalised care and support in their homes.
Key responsibilities include: • Assist clients with daily personal care routines and medication management • Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties • Provide companionship and accompany clients to appointments or outings • Observe and report changes in clients' conditions • Maintain accurate care records and adhere to health and safety regulations • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills
Qualifications
1. Kind and caring personality with excellent communication skills • Physical fitness to assist with clients' mobility needs • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
2. Patience, empathy, and strong attention to detail • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends • Valid UK driving licence and access to own car for client visits • Right to work in the UK • Previous experience in care work is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided • Good time management and organisational skills.
