Alliance Norse is currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist Case Worker to join the team on a full time permanent basis, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
As the Case Worker, you will be responsible for acting as first port of call when clients contact us to access our services. Case managers are trained to first provide a telephone triage call to understand the callers needs and explain how our DFG services work.
The role
1. Take calls from clients seeking to access Alliance Norse DFG services
2. Ask them for the relevant information and put it on Alliance Norse database application (ELMs)
3. Match the client with the appropriate practitioner, including contacting the practitioner for their availability.
4. Liaise between the practitioner and the client to arrange the initial appointment.
5. Send confirmation emails to clients and practitioners regarding first appointments.
