Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Facilities Housekeeping Team. You will be based at Brighton General Hospital supporting our Brighton Health Centres. Ideally you would have come from a facilities or housekeeping background and have experience of supervising staff. You will need to lead and motivate your team ensuring a high quality, professional service is delivered to patients and staff at all times.
As Facilities Supervisor, you must be able to work on your own initiative and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will ensure the high departmental standards are maintained and regularly audited, and be able to assess workloads and prioritise effectively.
Driving licence is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities and qualifications
Responsibilities include leading and motivating a facilities housekeeping team to deliver a high quality, professional service to patients and staff; managing workloads; identifying priorities; and ensuring departmental standards are regularly audited and maintained. Strong communication and IT skills are essential. Experience in supervising staff within a facilities or housekeeping environment is preferred.
