Employment Law Solicitor (NQ - 2 Years' PQE) - Belfast Location: Belfast Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 (depending on experience) About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified to 2 years' PQE Employment Law Solicitor to join a respected Belfast practice with a strong reputation for employee-side representation. The firm is well known for advising and supporting individuals, workers, and trade union members across a wide range of employment law matters, offering high-quality advocacy, clear advice, and strong client care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior solicitor to develop their career within a well-seasoned and supportive employment law team, working closely with experienced practitioners on meaningful and often high-impact cases. The Role You will assist in managing a varied employment law caseload while receiving hands-on training, supervision, and mentoring from senior colleagues.
