What you’ll be doing
* Leading project delivery across RIBA Stages 3–6
* Driving technical quality, coordination and buildability
* Managing consultant teams and client relationships
* Overseeing Revit‑based workflows and ensuring model integrity
* Supporting the growth of the new Edinburgh studio through leadership and mentorship
What they’re looking for
* Senior Architect with strong delivery experience
* Proven track record on high‑density residential, HRBs, or large multi‑unit schemes
* Deep technical understanding and confidence on site
* Strong Revit capability
* Someone who enjoys responsibility, problem‑solving and making things happen
* A team‑builder who wants to help shape a new studio’s identity
