The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Partnerships Manager to own and scale THRIVIN’s global talent partnerships.
This is a senior, commercially-driven role focused on identifying, securing, and managing high-value partnerships that drive measurable results.
You will work across talent, agencies, and internal teams to build partnerships that deliver revenue, not just reach.
This is not a coordination role.
This is for someone who is:
* Highly connected
* Commercially sharp
* Comfortable operating with premium talent and agents
You will own partnerships end-to-end — from outreach and negotiation through to performance and scaling.
What You’ll Be Doing
Talent Partnerships
* Identify and secure high-value creators and talent globally
* Build and manage long-term relationships with top-performing partners
* Own partnerships across campaigns, launches, and brand activations
* Act as the key point of contact between THRIVIN, talent, and agencies
Commercial Negotiation
* Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, usage rights, and contracts
* Structure deals that are aligned with performance and revenue outcomes
* Work closely with global talent agencies and representatives
* Ensure all partnerships are commercially viable and scalable
Campaign Execution
* Plan and execute talent campaigns from concept through to delivery
* Brief talent clearly on messaging, deliverables, and expectations
* Ensure all content aligns with THRIVIN’s brand positioning and standards
* Manage timelines, approvals, and reporting
Performance & Growth
* Own revenue and performance KPIs across the talent portfolio
* Track and optimise partnerships based on:
– Revenue
– ROAS
– Conversion
– Engagement
* Scale high-performing relationships
* Identify and address underperformance quickly
* Work closely with paid media and growth teams to maximise impact
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years experience in talent, influencer, or partnerships roles
* Strong network across fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or entertainment talent
* Proven experience negotiating high-value commercial deals
* Deep understanding of creator-led commerce and performance marketing
* Experience working with global talent agencies and management companies
* Highly commercial mindset with strong analytical ability
* Confident managing premium talent and stakeholders
* Entrepreneurial, proactive, and execution-focused
* Able to operate at both strategic and hands-on level
