Job Description
3. Oversee and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
4. Provide tailored financial advice and solutions to meet clients' needs.
5. Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
6. Preparation of self assessment tax returns.
7. Preparation of partnership and company tax returns.
8. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction.
10. Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and develop new business.
11. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
12. Support the development and implementation of financial strategies for clients.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Client Manager should have:
13. A strong background in Accounting & Finance within the professional services industry.
14. ACA/ACCA qualified.
15. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
16. A solid understanding of relevant financial regulations and standards.
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and teams.
18. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
19. Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities.
