Person Specification
Knowledge
* Computer literate, with experience of using a keyboard.
* Knowledge of Medway and NHS in general
Qualifications
* Good general education with GCSE English at grade C or equivalent
Further Training
* Knowledge and use of Medway
Experience
* Good Organisation Skills
* Ability to work to strict deadlines
* Ability to work in a confidential setting
* Evidence of teamwork
* Previous clerical and customer care experience
Contractual
* Flexible attitude to cover sickness and annual leave
