McGinley Support Services is recruiting for an experienced Construction Supervisor to work airside at Heathrow Airport on behalf of Ferrovial. This is a long-term opportunity offering excellent pay and the chance to work on one of the UK's most high-profile infrastructure projects.
Job Details
* Start Date: To be confirmed
* Duration: Long-term ongoing role
* Location: Heathrow Airport (Airside)
* Shifts: Days or Nights available
Pay Rates (PAYE Direct)
* Days: £26.22 per hour
* Nights: £45.88 per hour
* Overtime: Time and a half after 39 hours
Requirements for Supervisor role
* Gold CSCS Card (essential)
* SSSTS certification (essential)
* Strong experience supervising teams on live construction projects
* Proven ability to manage operations in a high-security airside environment
Role Overview - Supervisor Heathrow (Airside)
As a Supervisor on the Heathrow Airside project, you will be responsible for managing site teams, maintaining health & safety compliance, and ensuring works are delivered to programme. This role requires an experienced construction supervisor with excellent leadership skills and the confidence to manage a busy site environment.
