Join Our Team as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner!
Working Hours: Choose between 4 days a week (36 hours) or 5 days a week (40 hours).
Salary: £13.01 per hour + Qualification Bonus: We truly value the dedication and expertise of our Level 3 Practitioners. To show our appreciation, we’re thrilled to offer a £400 Qualification Recognition bonus after just 6 months of service! (Bonus will be pro-rata for part-time staff.)
At Acre Wood Day Nursery, we’re looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team. If you believe in putting children at the heart of everything you do and are excited to help deliver our ethos and curriculum, we want to hear from you!

Our nursery operates from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and we require flexibility to work varied shift patterns within these hours.
Your Role: Key Responsibilities
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
* Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
* Support the smooth running of the nursery and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
* Build and maintain professional relationships, reporting any concerns to management.
* Facilitate a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
* Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities and company policies.
*Please note that duties may evolve, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
What We’re Looking For: Requirements and Skills
* Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification.
* Essential: Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Desirable: Over 1 year of experience in Early Years.
* Desirable: Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
