Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join a small company based in Horsham, West Sussex. This is a temp Finance Assistant - Purchase Ledger support job opportunity to start ASAP. The Accounts Payable role will be processing accounts payable invoices, supplier statements, handling invoice queries etc.
Temp Pay rate: £14-15 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: 9-5
Accounts Payable Assistant duties:
Processing invoices
Preparing payment runs
Preparing and issuing Statements of Account for customers
Handling and following up on any invoice or payment queries
Supporting the office and finance team with any other dutiesSkills and experience required:
Experience working in an Accounts / Finance support / Accounts Payable type role
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Good IT skills
