Key Responsibilities
* Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers and arranging property viewings aligned with their needs.
* Negotiating offers and agreeing sales.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
* Marketing properties to buyers using various marketing techniques.
* Generating new and repeat business.
* Canvassing the local area.
* Door knocking and leaflet dropping.
* Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards.

Requirements
* Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle.
* Ability to work under own initiative.
* Good telephone manner.
* Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft packages).
* Attention to detail.
* Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
* Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Vehicle access less than 10 years old.
* Proof of business insurance for your vehicle.
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
