We are a charming, busy venue in the heart of Broadway, seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, offering the opportunity to work in a welcoming environment where high standards and guest satisfaction are our priorities. About the Role As a Housekeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and inviting experience for all visitors. Key Responsibilities: Clean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard, including making beds, changing linens, and ensuring all amenities are replenished. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, lounges, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the venue’s standards. Adhere to health and safety regulations. Working Hours: Full-Time : Approximately 35-40 hours per week. Part-Time : Flexible hours, typically 15-25 hours per week. Shifts generally include weekends, with some weekday and evening work depending on business needs. What We’re Looking For: A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining a clean and tidy environment. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided. Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
