My client is a well-known, successful, Cambridge business and we’re delighted to be partnering with them in their search for an Inbound Sales Consultant. The role will be available on a hybrid basis, with 2 days in the office and 3 from home.
Key duties include:
* Following up on warm leads via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, telephone and email
* Speaking with potential customers about products and available options
* Converting incoming enquiries into successful sales
* Updating and maintaining accurate information on the CRM
* Assisting the wider team with general administrative support
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a sales or customer-focused role
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong IT ability and high attention to detail
* A collaborative, team-first attitude
* Self-motivation and a drive to achieve and exceed targets
