Working as an Adult Nurse Manager in community complex care offers the chance to focus on clinical leadership while maintaining flexibility through hybrid working. Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee bespoke complex care packages for adults and children receiving care in the community.
• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and ongoing support to multidisciplinary care teams.
• Deliver and oversee advanced clinical interventions including tracheostomy and ventilator care.
• Work closely with commissioners, CHC nurses and MDT professionals to maintain safe and effective care packages.
About You
• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Proven experience delivering tracheostomy and ventilator care within community complex care.
• Previous experience working in a nurse management, Adult Nurse Manager, or complex care leadership role.
