Job Description
You will be responsible for planning orders into the production schedule and managing logistics for pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and complete fulfillment through effective communication and planning.
Your Responsibilities
* Plan all orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
* Liaise with local and international 3rd party packers and logistics providers.
* Maintain accurate stock levels on SAGE 200.
* Communicate with the senior Operations Manager and Finance to manage stock based on sales forecasts.
* Coordinate with the Sales Department on sales forecasts.
* Manage logistics companies to ensure timely deliveries.
* Investigate customer delivery complaints.
* Ensure customs documentation accuracy for exports.
* Perform other reasonable tasks as required.
Skills and Experience
* Experience with Sage 200.
* Data analysis skills.
* Knowledge of BRC standards.
* Ability to meet KPIs such as 'Order in Time in Full', 'Warehouse GMP Audit', and 'Orders produced in time and in full'.
Personal Attributes
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
