Director of Commercial Partnerships at XLCR Vehicle Management Limited
We are seeking a results-driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution at XLCR Vehicle Management. This is a pivotal role where you will take ownership of our brand positioning, drive customer engagement across digital and traditional channels, and deliver measurable growth through qualified lead generation. You will be a hands-on marketer with strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign execution, SEO, and brand management, with the ability to align strategy to business goals.
Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen XLCR’s brand presence and deliver measurable results.
* Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email, social, PPC, events, content) to drive engagement and lead conversion.
* CRM & Automation: Manage marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing, segmentation, and campaign reporting through HubSpot or a comparable platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ActiveCampaign, Marketo).
* SEO & Web Presence: Oversee SEO strategy, website content performance, and ensure all digital touchpoints are optimised for traffic growth and conversion.
* Brand Development: Maintain and evolve the XLCR brand across all communications, ensuring consistency and impact.
* Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, create insightful dashboards, and provide recommendations to improve ROI.
* Team & Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
* Market Insight: Stay ahead of automotive and leasing industry trends, competitor activities, and digital innovations to keep XLCR’s marketing at the forefront.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a senior marketing role.
* Strong knowledge of digital channels, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and campaign optimisation.
* Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation/CRM system.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling campaigns and content.
* A proactive, commercial, and results-oriented approach.
* Experience in the automotive, leasing, or financial services sector is desirable but not essential.
