This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is passionate about delivering an excellent customer journey from order to delivery.</p><ul><li><b>Employment</b>: Permanent</li><li>Salary: dependent on experience</li><li>Working hours – Mon‑Fri 42.5 hours per week</li><li>Location: Gloucester – hybrid working after probationary period</li></ul><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Manage the end-to-end customer journey from order processing through to delivery.</li><li>Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring a high level of service.</li><li>Process sales and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Monitor and manage shared inboxes, supporting the wider Customer Support Team.</li><li>Produce and issue order acknowledgements and provide delivery updates to customers.</li><li>Liaise with internal departments including Logistics, Purchasing, and Accounts.</li></ul><h3>Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally within a technical or product-based environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships.</li><li>Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.</li><li>Competent IT skills, with experience using CRM systems.
