£55,000 - £62,500 + Excellent BenefitsI'm working with a leading mid-tier accountancy firm who are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join their successful Leatherhead team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious audit professional ready to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio.
About the Role
As an Audit Manager, you'll lead complex audit engagements with minimal supervision, managing everything from planning through to completion. You'll work with a diverse range of clients across multiple industries, while developing and mentoring the next generation of audit talent. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients
* Lead group audits and prepare consolidated accounts
* Oversee financial statement preparation (FRS102 & IFRS)
* Manage WIP, billing, and debt control
* Mentor and develop junior team members
* Drive business development and maintain client relationships
* Research and resolve complex technical issues
What We're Looking For
* ACA/ACCA qualified with solid practice experience
* Strong group audit and consolidation experience
* Excellent technical knowledge of FRS102 and IFRS
* Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
* CaseWare or Mercia experience desirable
* Passion for developing and mentoring team members
