Responsibilities The position includes teaching eight sections of Marketing Courses throughout the year (Marketing Principles, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Market Research, and Integrated Marketing Communications). The position will require advising undergraduate Marketing and Business Admin majors, departmental service, oversight of the marketing club, and institutional service. Qualifications Successful candidates for hire into an Assistant Term-Tenure Track position, with rank depending on qualifications and experience, are preferred to have a Doctoral degree in Marketing. An MBA will be considered and 1-5 years of teaching experience in a college or university setting is preferred. The Program Messiah’s ACBSP-accredited Department of Business is the School of Arts, Culture and Society’s largest department (www.messiah.edu/departments/business). Home to seven business majors and the International Business Institute, the Department provides a collegial environment in which to teach and to conduct other scholarly work. There are currently 10 full-time faculty members in the department. The instruction for most of our Undergraduate programs is conducted primarily in person with occasional online coursework.
