The Opportunity
As our Change Delivery Manager, you'll be at the heart of one of our most exciting transformation programmes. You'll be responsible for managing and delivering change initiatives that impact our OpCos across Europe, ensuring seamless communication, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption.
You'll work hand:in:hand with technology teams and operational companies to ensure new processes and technologies are introduced smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. Your role will be crucial in driving a consistent approach to change that reduces resistance and maximises the benefits of transformation.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage change initiatives from planning to execution

Build excellentrelationships with stakeholders across CRH and our OpCos

Create and implement communication, training and transition plans

Promote engagement and adoption of new technologies and ways of working

Monitor the impact of change, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with the Transformation Lead to align efforts and maintain momentum
:
Plan service and OpCo migrations with a focus on minimising disruption
What We're Looking For
We're after someone who is not only a skilled project and change manager, but also a confident communicator and influencer. You'll need to be a critical thinker with the ability to solve problems and adapt to changing priorities.
