We are recruiting dedicated and flexible SEN/SEMH Teachers to work across a range of specialist schools and provisions in Surrey, supporting students of primary and secondary age. Whether you’re looking for ad hoc supply, daily cover, or a long-term/full-time role with planning and preparation responsibilities, we have opportunities to suit your availability and experience.
The Role:
As an SEN or SEMH Teacher, you will:
* Deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils
* Work with students who may have autism (ASC), ADHD, SLD, PMLD, trauma-related needs, or behavioural challenges
* Create an inclusive, supportive and engaging learning environment
* Collaborate with support staff, therapists and leadership teams to ensure positive outcomes
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, using restorative and relational approaches

We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) – ECTs and experienced teachers welcome
* Experience working in SEN/SEMH settings or a passion to develop in this area
* Confident classroom management and a nurturing approach
* Flexibility and resilience to adapt to different school environments
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
