Benefits: Pension Scheme (Local Government Pension Scheme)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Teaching Assistant (TA) to provide intensive 1:1 support for a pupil in year 4 with significant and potentially complex medical needs. The role includes personalised learning and care support, as well as preparation tasks when the child is not in school. The successful candidate will also work as part of our wider school community, supporting pupils as a Mealtime Assistant (MTA) during lunch. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about making a real difference in a child’s school experience.
The 1:1 Teaching Assistant role is fixed term until 31 August 2026, or until the child leaves the school.

The Trust will build a package of exceptional continuous professional development, with clear support networks within each school and across the hub, to ensure that the appointed candidate loves coming to work each day!
