Execute engaging trading events by collaborating closely with the store leadership team. Whether it's Christmas or Easter, you'll help ensure our success.
Take full accountability for the store in the absence of a store manager, role model high standards, and coach for efficiency across the food hall.
Manage compliance with processes and safety regulations while demonstrating passion and flair for excellent shopkeeping and creating fantastic shopping experiences.
Responsible for a large team, ensuring they perform at their best, are present on the shop floor when needed, and that all people-related matters are handled properly, including celebrating successes and managing difficult situations.
