Job Description
The Contracts Solicitor will be:
* Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing SaaS agreements and service contracts
* Managing a diverse caseload of contracts across public and private sectors
* Advising on public procurement regulations and compliance requirements
* Supporting the business through tender processes and contract frameworks
* Collaborating with sales, procurement, and stakeholders
* Helping to optimise legal templates and streamline contract workflows
* Mitigating legal and commercial risk through sound legal advice
The Successful Applicant
The Contracts Solicitor should be:
* A solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years PQE
* Experienced in drafting and negotiating SaaS and cloud-based contracts
* Skilled in public procurement law and frameworks
* Commercially minded with strong interpersonal and advisory skills
* Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
