South Coast Nursing Homes is a family‑owned provider of care across East and West Sussex. Each of the nine registered homes offers the highest standards of resident care and comfort, 24 hours – day and night.
We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team on Days at Eastridge Manor in Bolney, Nr Haywards Heath.
Hours – 24 hrs per week.
As a Care Assistant you will be:
* Providing high‑quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
* Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
* Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
* Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
* Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
More About You:
* Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;
* Kind and caring with a positive approach;

Package:
* £12.30p/h weekdays, £12.92p/h weekends rising to £12.70p/h and £13.34p/h;
