LOCATION: Surrey and London
SALARY: £45K - £55k (dependent on qualifications and experience). Includes van, fuelcard and overtime.
Responsibilities
* Based from home and working on a mobile basis, carry out maintenance and repair on a wide range of commercial gas systems.
* Carry out PPM schedules and meet KPIs covering high-end apartment blocks (communal heating systems) and offices.
* 24 hour rota for emergency call-outs (1 in 10).
* Utilise 23 days annual leave; van available for personal use.

Candidate information
* Recognised industry qualifications including ACS tickets.

* Ability to diagnose and repair faults on commercial gas systems.
