Your Role
As a Consultant in Programme and Change Acceleration, you will support the successful delivery of complex client transformation initiatives, designing and implementing change across multiple sectors.
* Support the delivery of a project workstream by owning defined tasks and producing high‑quality outputs, collaborating with team members.
* Identify and raise risks to project leads promptly, develop and implement mitigation strategies.
* Design, establish and enhance Programme/Project Management Offices (PMOs) by supporting planning, governance, risk management and maintaining quality documentation.
* Support change functions in large‑scale transformation by producing business change deliverables such as impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, process maps, hyper‑care governance, communication and training plans.

Your Profile
* Proven track record supporting delivery of complex transformation initiatives across multiple industries, with expertise in programme and governance, stakeholder management and risk management.
* Or proven track record supporting delivery of successful change management initiatives across various industries, including designing and executing change management strategies, communications, training, KPI tracking.
* Experience operating within a project workstream to deliver defined outputs, working as part of high‑performing teams under pressure.
* Expertise in P3M and/or Change Management delivery approaches and methodologies.
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Hold relevant P3M qualifications:
o MSP, MoP, and/or P3O from Axelos
o PMQ, PPQ, and/or ChPP from APM
o PMP and/or PgMP from PMI
o PROSCI or APMG qualifications
o PRINCE2 Practitioner or agile equivalents
* Ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation and support peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
* Experience in a major consulting firm or industry with consulting background.
* Experience in proposition building and delivery.
* Willing or eligible to obtain UK Security Check (SC) within 6 months.
Location & Working Arrangements
Office base may be in London, Manchester or Glasgow. Fully flexible in terms of assignment location; roles may involve short‑notice travel.
