Main duties of the job
You will require excellent communication and listening skills, with knowledge of behaviour change. Experience of working independently, partnership working, and promotion is necessary. Good IT literacy is essential for navigating systems and maintaining high-quality data. Knowledge of tobacco dependency would be advantageous.

Qualifications
* Level 2 in Understanding Health Improvement or willingness to undertake within 6 months
* NCSCT Level 2 Smoking Cessation Training or willingness within 6 months
* OR Level 3 Award in Nutrition for Physical Activity or equivalent, or willingness within 6 months
* OR YMCA FIT Diploma in Exercise Referral or equivalent, or willingness within 6 months
* Level 3 Smoking Cessation Training
* Level 4 Obesity and Diabetes Management
