English Teacher role:
* Plan and deliver English lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
* Demonstrate a strong desire to work within a SEN setting.
* Be approachable, flexible, and adaptable, with a focus on making a positive impact on students' lives.
* Provide support to each student with social, emotional, and behavioural needs in an educational environment.
* Utilise effective communication and relationship-building skills to foster a supportive learning environment.
* Show passion for delivering high-quality education, care, and support to young people.
* When necessary, physically intervene using Team Teach techniques after de-escalation strategies have been unsuccessful (full training provided).
* Build strong team commitment with colleagues and engage pupils to motivate and inspire them in the classroom.
* Acquire appropriate books, teaching aids, and resources as needed
Requirements for English Teacher role:
* Must be based in the UK and not require sponsorship.
* Holds QTS or equivalent is essential.
* Exhibits proactive, energetic, compassionate, flexible and adaptable qualities
* Provides a verifiable work history
* Demonstrated teaching experience.
* Strong desire to work in a SEN setting.
* Ability to communicate effectively and establish strong relationships.

* Have the right to work in the UK.
* Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
* Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
