Compass Associates are excited to partner with a leading provider of Premium Health Clubs & Spas across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly successful group within health and wellness and be part of their continued growth!
As the General Manager of this high-end Health Club and Spa you will be responsible for the day to day running of the site.
This will include driving and achieving financial targets, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of care and wellness. You will be the face of the health club and a key figure for the team, ensuring the team is motivated and delivering superb customer service.
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
* Previous leisure and/or wellness management experience
* Excellent business acumen and the ability to drive the group’s financial performance and increase customer base
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* A proactive and organised approach

We are offering a salary of up to £48,000 per annum plus generous benefits. Flexible working hours will be required due to club opening times. Shifts will vary between the hours of 05:30 - 22:30 Mon-Fri & between 07:30 - 20:00 on Sat - Sun.
