What You'll Do:
* Develop and maintain 5-year lifecycle programmes, ensuring accurate pricing and justification for future works.
* Prepare detailed project briefs and collaborate with estimators to secure costings for planned works.
* Review condition surveys and maintenance reports to create scopes of work and project estimates.
* Package survey findings into efficient project plans to minimise disruption and improve delivery.
* Support tendering and procurement processes, including RFQs and RFTs.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards throughout project planning and execution.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualifications: Minimum HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant discipline, plus membership of a recognised technical body.
* Experience: Proven track record in planning and pricing maintenance and lifecycle programmes. Background in M&E services preferred.
* Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to drive improvement and manage risk effectively.
* Security: Must hold or be eligible to obtain security clearance.
* Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
