Office Account Manager - Recruitment Of Business Support and Project Controls
We are seeking an experienced Senior Competency and Training Advisor for our Aberdeen-based Oil & Gas client.
This role will be on an ongoing PAYE contract basis, with the possibility of a 4-day workweek, though full-time is preferable.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring the requirements of the Competence Management Strategy are met.
* Supporting stakeholders to improve training and competence compliance, reducing risk.
* Managing in-house competence management systems.
* Ensuring adequate training and competence measures for SHE Critical Personnel.
* Maintaining compliance with legislative and industry training requirements.
* Providing expertise on training and competence.
* Overseeing contractor competence management governance.
* Championing the Competence Management Strategy and compliance.
* Overseeing the Training and Competence Advisor and Coordinator activities.
* Managing the in-house Competence Management systems.
Candidates should have experience in upstream oil & gas and be familiar with the environment and disciplines.
