Job Description
* Oversee and manage accounts payable for the company.
* Ensure all invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
* Perform monthly reconciliations of all payable accounts.
* Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency and accuracy.
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
* Handle vendor inquiries and manage vendor relations.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures in the Accounting & Finance department.
* Contribute to the team's overall performance and strive for continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
* A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.
* Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of relevant accounting software.
